Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Aurum Casa, we believe every order brings a sense of calm and comfort to your home. We partner with India’s leading logistics carriers (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC) to ensure your items reach you safely and swiftly.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

• Free Standard Delivery: Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all domestic orders over ₹1,500.
• Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹1,500, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pin codes across India with verified telephone confirmation.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

All in-stock orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays).

3. Estimated Transit Times

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 – 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3 – 6 business days.
• Remote & North-Eastern Regions: 5 – 8 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your airway bill (AWB) number and live tracking link.

5. Damaged in Transit

We pack every piece with extreme care. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at care@aurumcasa.com with photographs of the package and item for an immediate replacement.
